Identity Verification Agreement

1. Introduction

This Identity Verification Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing the identity verification process for users of our financial application (“the App”).

By proceeding with registration and using the App, you (“the User”) agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

This Agreement is entered into pursuant to applicable national and international laws, including but not limited to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF), and financial regulations.

2. Purpose of Identity Verification

In compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and anti-money laundering obligations, we are legally required to verify the identity of all users before granting access to certain financial features within the App.

The primary purposes of the identity verification process are:

• To prevent fraud and financial crimes
• To ensure the legality and compliance of financial transactions
• To comply with FATF recommendations and relevant jurisdictional standards

3. Information Collected

As part of the identity verification process, the user may be required to provide the following information and documents:

• Full legal name
• Date of birth
• Residential address and proof of address
• Government-issued identification (e.g., passport, ID card, driver’s license)
• A live photo or selfie for biometric verification
• Additional documents upon request by compliance officers

4. Use of Personal Data

Your personal data will be used solely for the following purposes:

• Identity verification
• Regulatory due diligence
• Fraud prevention
• Compliance with financial and anti-money laundering regulations

No personal data will be used for marketing or unrelated commercial purposes.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

We protect your personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act and industry standards. Our data protection framework includes:

• End-to-end encryption
• Role-based access control and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
• Data minimization and secure retention policies
• Regular internal and external security audits

We will never sell or disclose your data unless required by law or with your explicit consent.

6. User Acknowledgment and Consent

By proceeding with identity verification, the user hereby:

• Confirms the accuracy and truthfulness of all submitted data
• Understands the legal necessity of identity verification
• Provides informed consent for the collection and processing of personal data
• Agrees to comply with any additional verification or re-verification steps that may be required by our compliance team

7. Retention of Information

All identity-related data will be securely stored for the legally required period, typically between five (5) to seven (7) years, in compliance with applicable data retention and financial audit regulations.

8. Updates to this Agreement

We may update or modify this Agreement from time to time.

Any updates will be posted in the App, and such changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of our operational jurisdiction.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

11. User Confirmation
